Induction heater 3,7 kW INDUCTOR 45C
Index: DHI45C
Induction heater INDUCTOR 45C, voltage: 230V, 3,7 kW / 3,7 kW, type of cooling: liquid coolant
INDUCTOR 45 is a revolutionary induction heater used for rapid flameless heating of ferrous metals, aluminium, and copper using the induction method.
Utilising the principles of electromagnetic induction, it can deliver a huge amount of heat to a specific location in just a few seconds to a depth of 4mm. By heating only the selected area, it does not damage glass, rubber, plastic components, or painted surfaces in the immediate vicinity of the heater's operation.
Despite its small size and weight (13.5kg), it achieves high output parameters. The built-in liquid cooling system allows for a power output of 3.7kW.
Recommended for production applications, e.g., for repeatedly heating the same parts in a similar time frame. The device has been optimised for heating copper, allowing for the possibility of performing hard soldering.
It guarantees maximum heating control during operation. Unlike a gas torch, the induction heater heats the metal only in the selected area to a temperature of 500-600˚C without changing the technical characteristics of the steel.
Power is smoothly adjustable in the range of 10 - 100 %
The timer allows for automatic heating termination after a specified time.
The device has 2 modes:
- Magnetic field control: Constant magnetic field power mode (CF)
In this mode, the heater delivers a consistent magnetic field strength regardless of the surroundings of the heater tip. The heater behaves similarly to a gas torch, where the flame strength is replaced by the magnetic field strength. The strength of the delivered heat is easily controlled by moving the heater tip closer to or further from the heated material, similar to a gas torch.
- Power control: Constant energy delivery mode to the material (CP)
In this mode, the device attempts to deliver and maintain a specified power to the material. The advantage of this mode is the similar heating time of the same part, which is applicable for repeatedly heating the same part, e.g., in a production process.
The device features a universal remote control system, allowing for easy integration with automated production processes. The device can be controlled via a foot pedal, button, or analogue signal based on coil voltage and current, providing feedback on output information. In selected models, full control is possible via a Data Bus connection, enabling full control and complete monitoring of the heating process.
The device allows for intervention in heating parameter settings and displays the most important values of the heating process in Information mode.
