Technical Parameters

INDUCTOR 4 PRO is designed for fast, highly efficient, and safe heating of metal parts. The device perfectly replaces standard heating methods using combustible gases (propane-butane-oxygen, acetylene-oxygen) in workshops, repair shops, automotive plants, and wherever heating of screw connections, bushings, bearings, hubs is required for disassembly, etc. It is used wherever there is a need for quick use and there is a risk of damaging the area around the heated place by flame, e.g., upholstery, paint, rubber hoses, electrical wires, etc. The device uses a modern, efficient, and effective method of heating details, tools before hardening, for defrosting, etc.

Preparation for use is generally faster than preparation for the heating process using burners with combustible gases. The induction heating process begins after connecting the heater to a 230 V socket, placing or bringing the inductor coil close to the heated detail, and pressing the button. The detail undergoing thermal treatment is very quickly heated according to individual requirements even to "redness". An LED illuminates the heated area, facilitating work in dark and hard-to-reach places. Induction coils are easily replaceable and come in different types of round side or straight coils with a fixed diameter and flexible coils with which we can wrap a detail of any surface.

Ability to heat details to a temperature of 800°C and above.
