INDUCTOR DRAGON IHD500 is a revolutionary induction heater designed for the rapid flameless heating of ferrous metals and aluminium using the induction method. Utilizing the principles of electromagnetic induction, it can deliver a massive amount of heat to a specific area within just a few seconds to a depth of 5mm. It heats metal to 'red hot' (temperature approx. 1000°C) over an area of 8x13mm and a thickness of 5mm in just 1 second. By heating only the selected area, it does not damage glass, rubber, plastic components, or painted surfaces in the immediate vicinity of the heater's operation. Recommended for every passenger and commercial vehicle service for bodywork and mechanical repairs. Suitable for use in repairs and wheel alignment settings, at tyre exchange points, and in mechanical workshops. It facilitates the disassembly of seized bolts, nuts, pins, bearings, and other car parts. It guarantees reduced repair time and maximum heating control during operation.
