Injector puller kits

 

Pneumatic injector puller - vibratory.

For pulling injectors from Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Siemens.

Supply pressure 5-8 bar.

Set for pulling seized injectors using compressed air and an impact mechanism.
Vibratory puller with high frequency vibrations, thus achieving high efficiency in pulling seized injectors.

Recommended pressure reducer to control the frequency of pulling and the force of "pulling".
Observe if the injector has "moved", if so, reduce or disconnect the air supply to prevent the injector head from hitting the engine head or other parts.

 Parameters:

Supply pressure: 5-8 bar.

Actuator height: 92mm

Actuator diameter: 80mm

Minimum height (cylinder + threaded pin): 140mm

Cylinder extension (pin) - cylinder movement: 12mm (determines the minimum space above the injector during operation = 152mm - minimum installation space above the injector)
