0RS230-1.5L - CLEAR COAT UHS FAST
CHARACTERISTICS:
Fast-drying two-component acrylic clear coat with high initial hardness and very high solids content. Ready for polishing after just 15 minutes of drying at 60 oC. The clear coat has very good flow, high gloss, and final hardness. It is resistant to chemical agents, weather conditions, and UV radiation. It demonstrates high durability. The appropriately balanced pot life of the clear coat and hardener mixture ensures safe application. The product is intended for application on waterborne or solvent-based base coats. Compliant with VOC emission standard 420 g/l.
USAGE METHOD:
Measure the A+B mixture by volume: 2 parts by volume of clear coat (A) and 1 part by volume of hardener (B), then mix thoroughly. Apply 1.5 coats (½ coat and 1 full coat) using a spray gun with a 1.3 mm nozzle, with a 5-7 minute interval for solvent evaporation before applying the next coat.
