CHARACTERISTICS:
Clear coat with very high solids content, excellent flow and high thixotropy. Resistant to UV rays, chemical and climatic factors, and scratches. Intended for application in spray booths. Recommended for application on water-based or solvent-based base coats using a spray gun.
METHOD OF USE:
Measure the A+B mixture by volume: 2 parts by volume of lacquer (A) and 1 part by volume of hardener (B), then mix thoroughly. Additional dilution is not necessary, however, adding up to 10% by volume of acrylic thinner to component A does not negatively affect the properties of the resulting coating. Apply with a spray gun with a 1.3 mm nozzle in two normal coats with a 6-9 minute interval for solvent evaporation before applying the next coat.
