The SEG IV SE from Hella Gutmann allows for the analysis of light distribution and the adjustment of modern headlights for all brands. The control screen with vertical lines enables the inspection and adjustment of headlights, especially in the case of intelligent high beam assistants. With a longer column, the working range has been increased to a maximum of 1650 mm, thus allowing for the adjustment of headlights mounted at greater heights. The SEG IV SE device is also equipped with a hybrid sight. It consists of a powerful line laser and an analog sight. Thanks to both techniques, the device can be set very precisely perpendicular to the vehicle – even in bright environments. The combination of the line laser and sight ensures 100 percent effectiveness. With a beam angle of 120°, external marking points can also be targeted, which is particularly beneficial in vehicles with high-mounted main headlights (SUVs, vans, etc.).
