Metal adhesive 24 ml epoxy, two-component Epoxy Metal (high load endurance; very strong)
Epoxy Metal is a specialised industrial technical adhesive for high-strength repairs of metal parts damaged due to corrosion, cavitation, friction, breakage, and cracking in machines and equipment operating under very difficult conditions. It is a two-component adhesive based on a composition of epoxy resins and a hardener. The addition of appropriately selected modifying substances (metal powders, graphite, glass) allows for obtaining a joint with excellent matching of physico-mechanical parameters to the repaired material.
The joint is characterised by resistance to water, petrol, oils, acids, weather conditions, and elevated temperatures. It bonds all metals, their alloys, and castings (e.g., stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, aluminium, iron, cast iron, bronze, brass). It also bonds glass, wood, stone, and most plastics, enabling the joining of metals with various non-metallic objects, e.g., steel with concrete, cast iron with rubber.
Thanks to its high conductivity and low thermal expansion, this adhesive works excellently with repaired elements, and its high hardness and machinability make it a material known as "liquid metal" with wide applications in industry and automotive sectors.
