Steel epoxy paste for repairing blocks, shafts, threads, and tanks. Super Metal 1 is a two-component resin-metal composite, cold-curing after mixing the base (A) and reactor (B) components in a 1-1 ratio. It has the highest adhesion to all hard materials, metals, their alloys and castings, as well as glass, wood, and stone. It is characterized by low shrinkage during curing and protects the surface from corrosion.
The joint achieves hardness similar to the repaired material and is perfectly suitable for mechanical processing (grinding, drilling, threading). It is resistant to aggressive chemical agents (petrol, acids, oils, solvents) and atmospheric conditions (rain, snow, radiation). Metal powders improve conductivity and thermal expansion at the joint's operating temperature (-40°C to +120°C). Fibrous fillers reinforce the internal reinforcement of the hardened joint, and graphite powders provide it with very high abrasion resistance.
