Transmission fluid ceramic additive for manual transmissions, diesel CERAM CB-A

The regeneration process and the creation of the ceramic layer take place during normal operation, without having to disassemble the drive unit. It is sufficient to add the additive into the oil (e.g. in the engine, transmission, control system). The thermodynamic processes forming on the friction surface increase the metal-ceramic layers in all spots, most significantly in the worn-out ones. This layer smooths out and covers micro-effects, scratches and warping of surfaces exposed to friction. It can be compared to micro-welding of a thin layer of material on the used spots. Main benefits of using Ceramizer: 1. Regenerates the surface area of the friction gear during operation, i.e. without removing the power unit. 2. Easy to use, it is sufficient to add the additive into the oil. 3. Reduces vibration and noise, eliminating clashes when changing gears. 4. Makes it easier to change gears. 5. In most cases, avoids costly repairs and also reduces the costs when compared with traditional repairs. 6. Cures and increases the resistance of friction surfaces against wear and tear, up to 8 times. 7. Cures and increases the resistance of the friction surfaces against wear of the gearbox, for at least 1,650 motor hours of agricultural vehicles. 8. In the case of an accidental oil leak, the created metal-ceramic layer will allow continuing working (up to 8 hours). 9. Protects components against corrosion and aggressive chemical compounds (important when you use engine oil of low quality). 10. Stops and prevents the formation of cracks.
