Oil Extractor MM-OD02 equipped with an 80L oil measurement tank. Our product is a vacuum suction device operating on the principle of pneumatically extracting oil from systems subject to oil change. It consists of a wheeled chassis-mounted lacquered steel tank with a capacity of 80 litres, an inlet pipe, a group of probes (6 pieces), and an outlet pipe.

The machine, which operates autonomously after decompression, is designed for engine oil changes using the appropriate probe, one of the six provided (oil temperature 60-80°). The suction capacity is equal to 2/3 of the tank's capacity.

The device consists of:

• A 70L tank

• A 10L control tank

• A 20L bowl

The set included with the device contains probes through which oil flows directly into the tank via the appropriate dipstick hole with the following parameters:

• plastic and metal probe with a diameter of 8x700mm
• plastic and metal probe with a diameter of 7x1000mm
• plastic and metal probe with a diameter of 7x1000mm
• plastic and metal probe with a diameter of 6x700mm
• plastic and metal probe with a diameter of 5x700mm

Technical parameters:

• Air inlet pressure: 6-8 Bar

• Vacuum value: 0-0.1 MPa

• Pressure during the oil tank emptying procedure: 0.7-1 Bar

• Oil temperature range: 40-80 ᵒC
