Diagnostic device DTE/BIP TESTER

BIP TESTER is a measuring device designed for users who have a test bench for unit injectors but do not have the capability to accurately measure BIP time. The device allows for the measurement of the following values: - BIP time in the range of 800 – 1200 μs - coil resistance measurement (milliohmmeter with a range of 0.001 – 4Ω) - high voltage insulation measurement - optionally, capacitance measurement (range 0.4 – 40 μF) BIP measurement is carried out without mechanically actuating the unit injector but under pressure on the supply rail. It is possible to measure BIP without removing the unit injector from the engine for inspection or fault diagnosis. Measurements can be performed directly from the tester's keyboard or using a computer. When controlled by a computer, the user receives additional graphical information about the entire tested set, along with a suggestion of which BIP adjustment operation should be performed. Additionally, the program verifies BIP values and optimizes them to the best operating range of the entire set.
