SIT-12 ELECTRICAL PARAMETERS TESTER FOR INJECTORS
The SIT-12 tester is a portable device measuring the electrical parameters of (pump) injectors. Thanks to the unique combination of the ability to perform all electrical measurements in one tester, it is possible to quickly diagnose faults.
Measurements of small resistances with milliohm resolution along with the determination of inductance allow for checking the coils in injectors. Thanks to the measurement of capacitance and resistance, piezo stacks can be checked.
For each type of injector, whether electromagnetic or piezoelectric, it is possible to measure insulation under high voltage – up to 500V.
Due to its compact size, the resistance measurement corresponding to the range of functional piezoelectric stacks is performed under low voltage. This measurement, along with the insulation measurement of the heated injector, allows for a preliminary assessment of its efficiency.
Technical parameters:
• Resistance measurement: 0 – 5Ω and 8 – 1050kΩ
• Capacitance measurement: 0 – 5μF or 0 – 50μF
• Inductance measurement: 0 – 800μH
• Insulation measurement under voltage with three values: 100, 250, and 500V (indication range depends on voltage, max 1400MΩ)
• Power supply: built-in battery
• Automatic shutdown (after 10 minutes, 30 minutes, or 2 hours – selectable by the user)
Operating time: at least 6h after full charge.
