How to perform a remote diagnosis using the asTechLINK device?
- Connect the asTechLINK device to the vehicle's OBD port.
- On any computer or smartphone, launch the asTech Global app (supports Polish language).
- Select the type of scan (read and clear errors, calibration, coding, programming).
- Write in the app's Notepad what operation you want to perform and send the request.
After the diagnosis is completed, the scan report is sent to the user with the following information:
- Technician's notes (vehicle details and a brief summary of the operation performed).
- Service detail information (details of all operations performed on the vehicle).
- Recommendations (asTech technician's recommendations based on vehicle damage and current error code).
- Scan readings (list of all diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) read in the vehicle).
- SnapShot Data (data read from a specific module at the request of the workshop technician).
