Puller for half-axles 0XAT4430

Fork / puller for the drive shaft, internal joint.

 

Overall length: 390mm; jaw width: 82mm.

 

Designed to engage between the inner drive shaft and the gearbox housing to pry the drive joint.

Drive shafts in many front-wheel drives are held in the gearbox by a locking ring with a spring clip.

Removing the internal joint from the vehicle requires prying.

If the correct tool is not used to provide the required leverage exactly in the right place, the gearbox housing, as well as the drive shaft joint, are at risk of damage.

 

Applications include: Ford, Mazda, Volvo, Renault, Dacia, and other front-wheel-drive vehicles.
