Each engine has a unique serial number and is tested for long uninterrupted operation, then disassembled and examined for defects, allowing us to control production quality and service.
INDIVIDUAL SERIAL NUMBERS ON ENGINES
The engines meet all global and European standards for quality, economy, and environmental protection (including emission and noise levels). Each engine and generator has an individual number, allowing us to control production and service quality. Könner & Söhnen engines are characterised by easy starting and low vibration. The range of engines is presented in power from 2 to 8 kW.
BUILT-IN ATS SYSTEM (AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH)
The generator panel with ATS function is equipped with: terminals for connecting ATS, an ATS operation indicator, and an ATS switch. The method of connecting the generator with ATS function to the electrical network is described here.
CONVENIENT, ERGONOMIC CONTROL PANEL WITH ELECTRIC STARTER
The convenient, ergonomic control panel allows you to easily control the entire device and does not require additional skills. The modern, intelligent LED monitor always indicates the number of hours worked, frequency, and voltage output. The information on the display helps to correctly assess the device's load and perform generator maintenance in a timely manner, thus extending its service life.
ALTERNATOR WITH 100% COPPER WINDING
The «Könner & Söhnen» generators use a synchronous alternator with carbon brushes and 100% copper winding. Only copper winding withstands maximum load without any damage, ensuring long-term reliable operation of the power generator.
COMMUTATION CONTACTORS
Reliable contactors made of 100% copper have an increased power of 40A, ensuring long-term uninterrupted operation of the ATS system.
LIGHT AND CONVENIENT START SYSTEM
The simplified start system allows the engine to be started quickly without much effort. Higher power models are additionally equipped with an electric and/or automatic start system for user convenience.
STEEL TANK
The «Könner & Söhnen» generators are equipped with an oversized steel fuel tank, which extends the generator's operating time without refuelling. The tank has a fuel level indicator for user convenience.
DOUBLE ANTI-VIBRATION SYSTEM
All «Könner & Söhnen» generator models are equipped with a double anti-vibration system, which reduces noise and extends the generator's lifespan. The engines are mounted on high-quality rubber cushions. The reinforced steel frame has additional rubber supports, which reduce resistance to vibration and corrosion.
