 BRANDED ENGINES

Engines for diesel generators, as well as for petrol devices, are manufactured under the license of DIMAX Int. GmbH and marked with an embossed metal logo. In all models, the engine power reserve in relation to the alternator allows the declared voltage to be delivered and maintains stability across the full voltage range. All engines are tested through long continuous operation, then disassembled and examined for detection and removal of defects. Each engine and each generator has an individual serial number, which allows us to control the quality of production and service. The engines meet all international and European standards of quality, efficiency, and ecology, including the latest EURO V emission standard.

 

INNOVATIVE VTS PHASE SWITCHING SYSTEM

Universal 2-in-1 generators – with a unique VTS (Voltage Transfer Switch) phase switching system, which allows one generator to be used as both single-phase (230V) and three-phase (400V) practically without power loss. Each mode has its own automatic protection.

 

ATS CONNECTION POSSIBILITY ATSKS ATS 4/63HD

The generator has the possibility of connecting an ATS (automatic transfer switch) system. The ATS input has a 6-pin socket, which does not limit the choice of the transfer switch system.

 

INCREASED ENGINE LIFESPAN

Heavy DUTY series generators are suitable for use not only as a backup power source but also for long-term operation. The engine lifespan exceeds 3000 operating hours, which is confirmed by multi-level and long-hour tests and warranty. It is obvious that engines have such high performance indicators with proper operation and required maintenance.

 

EXTENDED MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

The HEAVY DUTY series diesel generators come with an extended warranty — 2 years or 3000 operating hours (whichever comes first), provided proper operation and scheduled maintenance.

 

CONVENIENT, ERGONOMIC CONTROL PANEL

The convenient ergonomic control panel allows easy management of the entire device and does not require additional skills. The modern intelligent LED display shows the number of hours worked, frequency, and voltage. The information on the display helps to correctly assess the load on the device.

 

PREHEATER

HEAVY DUTY series generators are equipped with a pre-start heating function (preheater), which allows the generator to be started in winter without unnecessary effort.

 

AVR SYSTEM

Könner & Söhnen HEAVY DUTY series generators are equipped with an intelligent AVR voltage stabilization system. It allows maintaining the generator's output voltage at a constant level of 230V and protects it from short circuits and overloads.

 

REINFORCED FRAME

Thanks to additional frame reinforcement with upper protective strips, the professional HEAVY DUTY series generator can operate in more hazardous conditions. The reinforced frame construction additionally protects against tank damage during operation and transport.

 

RUBBER FEET FOR FRAME PROTECTION

All Könner & Söhnen diesel generator models come with rubber supports to protect the frame from corrosion. The vibration-reducing feet protect against damage to the floor covering on which the generator is placed, as well as the unit's frame coating.
