Device Characteristics:
Automatic device for testing petrol injectors, including:
• Multi-point injection MPI
• Single-point injection TBI
• Direct injection HPI, FSI, GDI at low pressure ranges
• LPG
• CNG
With GS series devices, it is possible to detect the causes of engine malfunction:
• Increased exhaust emissions
• Reduced engine performance (power, torque)
• Increased fuel consumption
• Failure of direct injection systems (leaks, pressure drop)
• "Hard" engine operation at idle, engine stalling
• Engine starting problems
Thanks to the use of illuminated (high brightness LED) measuring cylinders, it is possible to observe and assess:
• Uniformity of the injected fuel stream
• Shape of the fuel stream
• Fuel delivery rate – iVM test. (with accuracy ±1ml/130ml)
