Hydro HD
SiO2-based protective coating with durability up to 12 months. It has strong hydrophobic properties and, due to its very easy application, is often used instead of waxes. It protects the bodywork, plastic elements, and glass.
It can be used as a standalone coating or as a top coating for hard ceramic coatings, adding slickness and increasing hydrophobicity.
This is a great solution not only for professional detailing studios but also for car enthusiasts taking care of their cars at home.
The product's colour is not transparent, and the cloudiness of Hydro HD is its natural feature.

PREPARATION
- The surface should be thoroughly cleaned.
- Old coatings, waxes, and other products should be removed before application.
- The surface should be polished if it has any scratches or holograms.
- The surface must be thoroughly cleaned using Ultracoat Wipe It! or isopropyl alcohol. We recommend double degreasing.
APPLICATION
- Prepare the product, applicator, and several new microfiber cloths.
- Apply the product to the edge of the applicator.
- Spread the product on sections of 40 x 40 cm using the cross method.
- After spreading, collect the excess product and polish with microfiber.
TIPS
- Do not apply protective coatings outdoors, especially in direct sunlight.
- The ideal conditions for coating application are a temperature of 18-22°C and humidity between 50-70%.
- If the temperature and humidity are higher than recommended, the coating will start to cure faster, so you must be ready for quicker buffing.
- If the temperature and humidity are lower than recommended, the coating will start to cure slower, so you will need to wait longer before buffing.
- Always use new microfiber cloths.
- Apply to small areas. We recommend a section of a maximum of 50 cm x 50 cm to ensure easy and safe application.
- Apply in a well-lit room.
- For a better effect, apply another layer. You can do this immediately after applying the first one.
- The coating does not require hours of curing. The car is ready to go 30 minutes after completing the application.
