NTS 4-FOLD - Protective film for spray booth walls, 4-layer
The film is designed to protect walls from paint and paint dust. Offered in rolls with adhesive tape along the entire length. Four layers provide longer protection. One person and 10 minutes are enough to secure the entire booth.
Instructions for use:
- prepare the booth – clean from dirt, dust, and paint dust,
- attach the beginning of the adhesive tape from the roll,
- unroll the coil along the walls of the booth (from left to right) and attach with tape without letting the film layers fall down (important),
- below the attached film roll, apply cabin fluid (dust absorber),
- the film layers are folded individually,
- unfold the first layer downwards,
- then apply cabin fluid to the first layer,
- each layer has a perforation for tearing, after the first layer is soiled, it should be torn along the perforation, i.e., along the tape,
- if necessary, reapply cabin fluid below the attached roll, unfold the second layer and apply cabin fluid to it,
- repeat the steps until the fourth layer,
- cover the doors by cutting appropriate templates.
Advantages:
- adhesive tape along the entire length of the roll,
- one person can cover the booth in 10 minutes,
- one application of multi-layer film provides protection 4 times longer than using single-layer film.
Technical data:
- maximum temperature in the spray booth: 140°C.
- rough coating over the entire surface provides adhesion for paint or spray booth fluid
- storage: clean, dry, and ventilated room.
- storage temperature: 15-25°C.
- do not expose to direct sunlight.
