Putty universal galvanized metal, steel 1kg
Index: 0RS001-1KG
PROFIRS Putty universal 1kg, intended use: galvanized metal, steel; colour: Yellow, with hardener
FILLER PUTTY: 0RS001-1.8KG, 0RS001-0.5KG, 0RS001-1KG
It is characterised by good modelling properties in both thick and thin layers and easy processing. The optimal hardness of the putty matched to the hardness of the paint coatings and a smooth surface without pores allows the product to be used both as a filling and finishing putty.
For filling irregularities on steel and polyester-glass surfaces. Intended for manual and machine processing with dry abrasive materials. It can be easily modelled even when applying thicker layers. Does not clog sandpaper during sanding. Filling deeper irregularities is done in several layers. Resistant to heating up to 80 ⁰C.
Method of use:
The repaired substrate must be clean, dry, degreased and matted. Thoroughly mix the putty mass with the hardener in an amount of 2-3% by weight, then apply to the substrate for about 5 minutes at 20 ⁰C - higher temperature shortens the product's life and accelerates the curing process.
WARNING: Overdosing the hardener may cause discolouration of the topcoat. It is not recommended to use the product at temperatures below 15 ⁰C.
