Characteristics:
Multifunctional filler with very high flexibility mainly intended for plastic substrates, including polypropylene. Easy to apply and model. It has the properties of both filling and finishing fillers. Provides high-quality coating after mechanical processing, does not leave holes or pores. It shows very good adhesion also to metal surfaces (steel, galvanized steel, aluminium) and polyester laminates.
Method of use:
The substrate to be repaired must be clean, dry, degreased, and matted. Thoroughly mix the filler mass with the hardener in an amount of 2-3% by weight, then apply to the substrate for approx. 3 - 5 min. at 20 °C – higher temperature shortens the product's life and accelerates the curing process.
NOTE: Overdosing the hardener may cause discolouration of the topcoat. It is not recommended to use the product at temperatures below 15 oC. Do not apply directly on reactive primers and single-component acrylic products.
