The new series of HDX-E PRO refrigeration dryers
replaces the previous HDX-E models, introducing a number of significant technological and
structural improvements. The primary aim of their creation was to further improve the quality
of outlet air while maintaining a compact design and even greater energy efficiency. |
|

The new HDX-E PRO dryers, thanks to welded connections, are more airtight, durable, and resistant to leaks during many years of operation. The applied microchannel condenser replaces older solutions based on aluminium fins and copper tubes. Microchannels increase the efficiency of heat exchange, improving cooling performance and reducing energy consumption. The fan control system has been expanded with a sensor that enables intelligent and automatic adjustment of rotational speed to working conditions. This has improved operational stability and further reduced energy consumption. |

The entire HDX-E PRO series has received a modern housing design, which not only gives the devices
a more attractive appearance but also facilitates service handling and provides better ergonomics
of use.

The HDX-E PRO dryer is equipped with
a control panel allowing electronic control and monitoring of the device's operation. It has
the following functionality:

In terms of condensate drainage, the new devices offer a solution tailored to the type of power supply. Single-phase models have a built-in timer ejector, however, there is an option to install a lossless condensate ejector i-DRAIN ZERO LOSS, and in the case of three-phase dryers, this solution is introduced as standard. It guarantees the complete elimination of compressed air losses during water drainage. |

This device eliminates compressed air losses that occur in traditional condensate drainage systems. Thanks to the use of a condensate level sensor, i-DRAIN drains water only when necessary, which translates into maximum energy savings and stability of the entire system. Additionally, the ejector's design ensures reliable operation and minimal service requirements, making it an ideal solution for modern compressed air installations. |
