RDP Series Refrigerant Dryers
RDO series refrigerant dryers are designed for efficient moisture condensation and removal from compressed air. The 3-stage drying system effectively separates moisture.
In the first stage, the introduced warm air after the compression process is cooled in the exchanger by the outlet air (cleaned and cooled). This preliminary reduction in air temperature allows for more effective refrigerant drying. Meanwhile, the dried outlet air is reheated in the exchanger to eliminate condensation of steam outside the compressed air installation.
The second stage involves intensive moisture condensation through the cooling phase in the multi-plate main exchanger. In the third phase, the condensate collected by the separator is expelled outside the air system by an automatic lossless condensate drain.
RDP dryers are practically maintenance-free. The integrated automatic condensate drain opens only when the condensate container is full. The Pressure Dew Point (PDP) at 3°C allows air drying to class 4 (ISO8573-1). The stainless plate exchanger is resistant to the harmful effects of moisture, ensuring long-term operation of the dryer.
