BLACKHAWK KOREK – the most versatile device for repairing damaged bodywork of passenger cars and vans. It works with mechanical and electronic measurement systems. One of the most durable devices for post-accident repairs on the market. The rigid construction is an integral part of the floor. An undeniable advantage of this solution is the fact that the entire grid is embedded in the floor, thus not limiting the space in the workshop in any way. Even if we are not using KOREK at the moment, we have a flat floor on which we can move without restrictions. Since the KOREK repair system consists of modules, each customer can customize the variant to suit their needs. Standard sill clamps (or special clamps, e.g., BMW, Mercedes) or a quick fastening set (optional) are used to secure the vehicle for light, quick repairs. An optional set for securing cars with a frame-based construction allows for the repair of all such vehicles (vans, off-road, special, etc.).
Each KOREK system set is individually assembled to the customer's needs.
Each set consists of three basic elements:
1. Grid – short 3521ASK1605901PLS (length 4.8m) for passenger cars or long 3521ASK1607901PLS (length 6.5m) for passenger and delivery cars. The grid can have any number of repair stations.
2. Vehicle securing set – 3521AFM813H for securing cars with a monocoque body (sill clamps) or 3521AFM28 for securing cars with a frame construction (clamps mounted on the frame profile and suspension mounting points). A very useful solution is the quick fastening set 3521AFM822B. Its use does not require lifting the vehicle. This set is ideal for light repairs.
3. Accessory board – five boards are available (AFM1310, AFM1315, AFM1360, AFM1390, AFM1400A). Each has different equipment. The basic boards are considered to be 3521AFM1310 and 3521AFM1315.
The KOREK repair system offers unlimited possibilities for reversing the effects of collisions. As the only device on the market, it allows for very precise adjustment of the pulling direction horizontally, pulling vertically (up and down), and pushing.
