Rim straightening machine
Index: UNI PO-22
UNITROL straightening the wheels of steel and aluminum, PO-22
The device is designed for repairing steel and aluminium rims with diameters from 13 to 24 inches.
The rim repair is carried out using a hydraulic actuator equipped with appropriately selected shaped working pads.
The device has a mounting disc with six holes, which, when used with a suitably selected centring ring, ensures secure mounting of the repaired rim regardless of the number of holes in the wheel.
This device is also excellent for working with non-through rims, i.e., without a central hole.
Repair activities are easy to perform, and the rim repair time does not exceed a few minutes. The working pads allow for the repair of a damaged rim at any point of its curvature.
The equipment includes:
- work pads with shapes that allow for the repair of various types of deformations;
- a set of centring rings allowing the mounting of rims with different central hole diameters;
- a tool for locating rim deformations;
- a lathe with a knife
- a lever for preliminary rim straightening.
