Rim straightening machine

 

The PO-22 H is equipped with a hydraulic quick-release holder. Thanks to its use, the installation of the rim is precise, secure, and significantly faster than in other machines. This solution is unique and not used in straighteners from other manufacturers.

 

 

Characteristics:

 

The device is designed for repairing steel and aluminium rims with diameters from 13 to 30 inches.

The rim repair is carried out using a hydraulic actuator equipped with appropriately selected shaped working pads.

The device has a quick-clamping hydraulic holder that allows for positioning and secure fastening of the rim being repaired.

The PO-22H device does not have the capability to mount non-through rims, i.e., without a central hole. This function is available in the PO-22 model.

Repair operations are easy to perform, and the rim repair time does not exceed a few minutes. The working pads allow for the repair of a damaged rim at any point of its curvature.

 

 

The equipment includes:

 

• work pads with shapes that allow for the repair of various types of deformations;
• a set of centring rings allowing for the mounting of rims with different central hole diameters;
• a tool for locating rim deformations;
• mounting discs with adjustable positions of pressure pins;
• a lever for preliminary straightening of rims.
