Rim straightening machine

The device is designed for repairing steel and aluminium rims with diameters ranging from 13 to 30 inches. Rim repair is carried out using two hydraulic cylinders equipped with appropriately selected shaped working pads. The device features a hydraulic holder with pressure discs and adjustable fingers, which, when used with a suitably selected centring ring, ensures secure mounting of the repaired rim regardless of the number of holes in the wheel. Repair operations are easy to perform, and the rim repair time does not exceed a few minutes. The working pads allow for the repair of a damaged rim at any point of its curvature. The equipment of the device includes: 2 working cylinders for straightening rims working pads with shapes that allow for the repair of various types of deformations; a set of centring rings enabling the mounting of rims with different central hole diameters; a tool for locating rim deformations; a lathe with a cutting tool a lever for preliminary straightening of rims.
