BLACKHAWK XPRESS 800 A riveter designed for the repair of aluminium and aluminium-steel cars such as BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, Range Rover, Audi, Porsche, etc. A hydraulic riveter powered by compressed air. Thanks to its patented design, a pneumatic pump and hydraulic cylinder are housed in a small casing. The advantage of this solution is the compact size of the device and the ability to mount various types of adapters. In its basic version, the riveter is used for clinching SPR blind rivets, flow form rivets, removing "old" SPR rivets, and calibrating holes for flow form rivets. As optional equipment, the riveter can be equipped with adapters for clinching breakstem rivets (including steel structural rivets d6.4 mm) and rivet nuts (from M4 to M12). The clamping force is 50 kN.
