The new innovative Galaxy abrasive material from Mirka combines efficiency with long life thanks to the new self-sharpening ceramic grain,

a clog-resistant coating and a new Multifit ® hole configuration system

Mirka Galaxy is primarily a multifunctional product, ideal for sanding both soft and hard materials and

various substrates thanks to its excellent clog resistance.

 

The ceramic grains of the Galaxy material are designed to always be sharp, as new cutting edges are formed during the sanding process

that allow for further cutting – from edge to edge. The blue ceramic grains retain their sharpness exceptionally well, providing

the Galaxy material with long life and fast cutting. Finer grain is excellent for polishing.

 

Galaxy features a new Multifit ® hole configuration system developed by Mirka

With Multifit, thanks to the optimal hole placement, the abrasive material can be placed on any machine without the need for

any additional adaptation. The universal Multifit ® hole configuration translates to excellent edge wear resistance and provides an ideal

balance between long life and optimal dust extraction.
