Open circuit voltage | 59.0 V |
Mains frequency | 50-60Hz |
Mains voltage [+/-15%] | 3 x 380V / 400V / 460V |
Mains fuse | 35A |
Dimensions / width | 300.0 mm |
Dimensions / length | 747.0 mm |
Weight | 34.64 kg |
Protection class | IP23 |
Product features:
QUICK PROCESS CHANGE
The second gas solenoid valve at the back allows for a quick process change without the need to switch welding gas.
EASY SPOOL REPLACEMENT
The downward-opening side cover allows easy access to the wire spool. Spool replacement is tool-free.
INTEGRATED POLARITY SWITCH
Switching the integrated polarity switch allows welding with wires of different polarities.
CARRY HANDLE AND OPTIONAL CARRYING STRAP
SINGLE-PHASE MAINS CONNECTION
INTEGRATED CONSUMABLE PARTS BOX
The integrated consumable parts box in the housing allows for practical storage.
INTUITIVE OPERATION
Setting the wire, wire diameter, and gas are three simple steps that allow for immediate welding. Numerous characteristics are pre-configured in the device.
EASYJOB TASK SAVING
Two Easyjob task saving slots allow for saving frequently used parameters.
TAC
The TAC function requires only one point for tacking, as during pulsed current welding, two weld pools are set in motion, causing them to "merge" into one weld pool in the shortest time. Additionally, the TAC function can be used for welding thin sheets without filler.
SPOT AND INTERVAL WELDING
Spot and interval welding methods are ideal for applications where thin sheets are welded, as the heat input cannot be too high. Arc ignition intervals can be set individually, and the weld is made at absolutely even intervals.
CONTACT IGNITION
Contact ignition can be used especially in applications with high sensitivity. This avoids electromagnetic interference that can occur during high-frequency ignition.
