Current drawn from the network (60% / max) | 16 / 33 A |
Rated supply voltage | 230 V; 50Hz (1ph) |
Characteristics:
Allows MIG-MAG welding with welding wire in gas shield, brazing technology for galvanised sheets, FLUX welding with welding wire without shielding gas, MMA welding with coated electrode using direct current (DC), and TIG welding with direct current (DC) with touch arc ignition.
Wave OS (Welding Advanced Visual Environment) software is used, which transforms the traditional manual welding process to improve quality, ensure repeatability, and increase efficiency.
Main features:
- Synergistic adjustment of welding parameters (active synergy)
- The ATC (Advance Thermal Control) technology developed by Telwin allows, through advanced arc control, to achieve excellent weld quality when welding thin materials.
- Applicable for welding materials with a thickness of 0.5-0.8mm, which are particularly sensitive to deformation due to high temperature during welding.
- Special welding process: AB Pulse and AB PoP – Pulse on Pulse is a solution developed by Telwin for applications in welding aluminium and galvanised steel.
- Clear colour display for optimal integration with the device in two operating modes: Easy Mode for maximum functionality and Expert Mode for advanced welding parameters.
- Allows immediate use of one of 3 welding torches. This feature enables the user to work directly on different materials without the need to change the torch, welding wire, and shielding gas. Maximum wire spool: 15 kg x 2 chambers and 1 x 5 kg.
- Wire feeders: internal 4-roller and 2x 2-roller. Fan-cooled.
