Characteristics:
Technomig is the perfect solution for a wide range of applications: from maintenance work to car body repairs. Thanks to its flexibility, it can weld various types of materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium or braze galvanised bodies and high-strength steels (HSS).
It allows the immediate use of one of 3 welding torches: two traditional torches and one spool gun type. This feature enables the user to work directly on different materials without the need to change the torch, welding wire, and shielding gas. Traditional torches are recommended for welding steel, high-strength steels (HSS), stainless steels, and brazing galvanised steels, while the SPOOL GUN torch is intended for welding aluminium at a distance of up to 6 metres from the device.
The device has a memory for settings separately for each welding torch. Reusing one of the torches automatically changes the welding parameters to those previously used for the given torch. This makes the Tecnomig 223 Treo Synergic a unique solution for all welding work on car bodies.
The device has space for two 20L gas cylinders. The type of gas is selected automatically by pressing a button on the welding torch.
The ATC (Advance Thermal Control) technology developed by Telwin allows, through advanced control of the welding arc, to achieve excellent weld quality when welding thin materials. It is applicable when welding materials with a thickness of 0.5-0.8mm, which are particularly sensitive to deformation due to high temperatures during welding.
Quick synergic adjustment of welding parameters through ONE TOUCH LCD SYNERGY technology makes the device very easy to use. Simply set the thickness of the material to be welded and start welding: the intelligent and automatic welding arc control system will step by step select the best parameters for each welding position and for each material. The user can also manually set the length of the welding arc and adjust the appearance of the weld to their own needs.
