Semi-automatic welder MIG/MAG 816060
Index: 816060
Semi-automatic welder MIG/MAG, minimum welding power: 20A, maximum welding power: 240A, rated power: 5,5kW, power supply: 400V, welding Processes: BRAZING / FLUX / MIG-MAG / MMA / TIG LIFT
Microprocessor-controlled inverter semi-automatic welder for MIG-MAG welding with shielding gas, brazing of galvanized sheets, FLUX welding with self-shielded wire. Welding current 240A. Power supply 400V.
Characteristics:
- Electromig is a multi-process welding device, responding to the market demand for efficient and quality daily welding.
- It allows for short-circuit and pulse arc welding, offering a wide range of applications from maintenance work through car body repairs to welding steel structures.
- Three-phase power supply.
- Enables MIG-MAG welding with gas-shielded welding wire, brazing technology for galvanized sheets, FLUX welding with non-gas-shielded welding wire, MMA welding with a coated electrode using direct current (DC), and TIG welding with direct current (DC) with touch arc ignition.
- Wave OS software (Welding Advanced Visual Environment) is used, which transforms the manual welding process to improve quality, ensure repeatability, and increase efficiency.
- Synergic setting of welding parameters (active synergy)
- The ATC (Advanced Thermal Control) technology developed by Telwin allows, through advanced control of the welding arc, to achieve excellent weld quality when welding thin materials. It is applicable when welding materials with a thickness of 0.5-0.8mm, which are particularly sensitive to deformation due to high temperatures during welding.
- Special welding process: AB Pulse and AB PoP – Pulse on Pulse is a solution developed by Telwin for applications in welding aluminium and galvanized steel.
- Clear colour display for optimal integration with the device in two operating modes: Easy Mode for maximum functionality and Expert Mode for advanced welding parameters.
- VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function - reduces the idle voltage on the electrode to a safe value. Ensures anti-shock safety when working in humid environments.
- ROOT MIG technology – allows for quick and easy welding of materials with a gap left between the welded parts.
- Maximum wire spool: 15 kg. Wire feeder: internal, 2-roller.
- Fan-cooled.
- Price of the device with accessories: welding torch with EURO 200A 3m connection, ground cable.
- 12-month warranty.
