CHARACTERISTICS:
- EXPERT MIG 250 4X4 PFC is an inverter semi-automatic welding machine designed for arc welding using MIG/MAG, TIG LIFT, MMA, and FLUX methods.
- The device is designed for a wide range of applications: from maintenance work to car body repairs.
- EXPERT MIG 250 is used for brazing galvanized sheets, welding stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels, and aluminium.
- Welding is carried out in an inert, active gas shield or a mixture, and with reverse polarity without gas.
- PFC (Power Factor Correction) – increased power factor, 30% lower current consumption from the power grid.
- By using a 4-roller wire feeder, the device handles 5-metre welding torches very well.
- The device is equipped with functions:
- 2-stroke
- 4-stroke
- spot welding.
- We also have the ability to adjust: welding inductance, welding voltage correction, pre-gas, post-gas, wire burn-back, and soft start.
- The device has a fan cooling system which significantly increases its efficiency.
- The device is equipped with overload, over and under voltage protection, for working with a power generator (+/- 15%) which increases its reliability.
