Technical parameters TECNOMIG 200P PULSE is an inverter synergic semi-automatic welding machine designed for arc welding using MIG/MAG, MMA, TIG Lift, and brazing of galvanized sheets. The device is designed for professional use. The device has three synergic MIG/MAG welding modes: MIG, MIG PULSE, MIG DOUBLE PULSE. TECNOMIG 200P PULSE is used for welding aluminum and its alloys, stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels, and brazing of galvanized sheets. Welding is performed under the shield of inert, active, or mixed gas depending on the program selected on the control panel. Set parameters manually or choose one of 52 synergic MIG/MAG programs for welding: AlMg, AlSi, Al99.5, CuSi3, CuAl9, 308LSi, 316LSi, and FE. Using MIG pulsing increases the amount of heat introduced into the welded element. It is possible to achieve a better weld, regardless of the welding position, and reduce the amount of spatter. Both in MIG and MIG PULSE methods, we have the option to select the button function on the handle between Spot mode (spot welding), 2-stroke, S2-stroke, 4-stroke (button lock for long welds), and S4-stroke. The welding parameters saving function (35 slots) facilitates working on different materials without the need to reset the device when changing gas and wire. A clear and easy-to-use LCD display allows precise adjustment of MIG welding parameters such as: inductance adjustment current rise and fall adjustment (S2-stroke, S4-stroke) initial and final current adjustment burn-back and wire approach adjustment voltage adjustment during pulsing (peak) pulse frequency and cycle adjustment pre and post-weld gas flow time adjustment spot weld time (SPOT) and interval between subsequent welds (CSPOT) adjustment frequency, cycle, and pulse current adjustment in TIG LIFT The welder also has functions that facilitate the MMA shielded electrode welding process: MMA PULSE: pulse adjustment allows for higher quality welds and less spatter and welding dust by controlling the temperature and current density. ARC FORCE: short-circuit current adjustment (manual) - facilitates the transfer of the molten electrode drop to the welded material, preventing arc extinguishment when the electrode drop contacts the weld pool HOT START: hot start adjustment (manual) - facilitates electrode ignition by providing higher welding current with each arc start. ANTI STICK: anti-short-circuit - automatically turns off welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, making it easier to detach and preventing accidental arc formation VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function - reduces the idle state electrode voltage to a safe level. Provides anti-shock safety when working in humid environments. Physical parameters The device has a fan cooling system, which significantly increases its efficiency.
