TECNOMIG 222 LCD SYNERGIC is an inverter synergic semi-automatic welding machine designed for arc welding using MIG/MAG, TIG LIFT, MMA and FLUX methods. The device is designed for a wide range of applications: from maintenance work to car body repairs.
TECNOMIG 222 LCD is used for brazing galvanized sheets, welding stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels, and aluminium. Welding is carried out in an inert, active or mixed gas shield, and with reverse polarity without gas.
The device has three synergic modes for welding carbon steels and one mode for aluminium. Using manual settings, the device can be adjusted for brazing.
In the MIG/MAG method, we have the option to select the button function on the handle between working in 2T mode (without button lock) / 4T (button lock for long welds)
In the MMA method, we have the option to enable the VRD function (VOLTAGE REDUCTION Device) - reduces the idle voltage on the electrode to a safe value. Ensures anti-shock safety when working in a humid environment.
Quick synergic adjustment of welding parameters via the LCD display makes the device very easy to use.
The LCD display allows precise adjustment of welding parameters such as:
- welding voltage
- wire feed speed
- inductance adjustment
- HOT START (MMA)
- ARC FORCE (MMA)
