MIG 380W PULSE Pro7 LCD
Technical
Parameters
EXPERT MIG 380W PULSE Pro7
LCD is an inverter, synergic and
multifunctional welding source, designed for arc welding using the MIG/MAG,
FLUX, TIG LIFT and MMA (shielded
electrode) methods. It also allows welding with pulsed current: single
PULSE and double PULSE.
The device is designed for a wide range of applications: from maintenance work,
through welding steel structures, to car body repairs.
EXPERT MIG
380W is used for brazing galvanized sheets, welding stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels, and aluminium. Welding
is carried out in an inert, active, or mixed gas shield, and with reverse polarity without gas.
Quick synergic adjustment
of welding parameters via a 7-inch,
touch LCD display, makes
the device very easy to use. Simply set the thickness and type of material to be welded and start welding: the intelligent and automatic arc control system will, step by step, select the best parameters for each welding position and for each material. The user can also manually set the arc length and adjust the appearance of the weld to their own
needs. In
the MIG/MAG method, we have the option to select the button mode on the handle, between
working in SPOT (spot
welding), 2-stroke (without
lock), 4-stroke (button lock for
long welds),S2-stroke and S4-stroke.
The device
features a manual
mode (MIG MAN) and a synergic mode (MIG
SYN) with the ability to adjust:
- gas
before welding
- gas
after welding
- wire
approach
- wire
burnback
- voltage
correction
- spot
welding time
- inductance
- current
rise/fall
In the MIG/MAG
method, there are also modes with pulse (PULSE,
DP), which additionally include functions such as:
- arc
length in pulse
- arc
length at start/end current
- base
current in pulse
- pulse
time
In the
welding method TIG
LIFT you can set:
- welding
current
- current
down-slope time
- final
shielding gas flow
- button
mode: 2T or 4T
- thickness
of welded material
Welding with the MMA (shielded
electrode) method allows for additional functions:
- HOT
START
- HOT
START time
- ARC
FORCE
The device has an advanced
system for saving and reading welding parameters (JOB Function).
This facilitates working with different materials without the need to reset
the device for any changes (e.g., gas or wire).
Physical
Parameters
The device
features a cooler with flow
signalisation, which significantly increases its efficiency and protects
against overheating of the handle.
The cooler
and fans have two operating modes - NORMAL or SMART
mode (activated only when needed). This reduces
contamination inside the device.
The device is equipped
with overload protection, over and under voltage protection, for operation with a power generator
(+/- 15%) which increases its reliability.
Power
Parameters
Three-phase
power supply 3x400V.
The device
is not equipped with a power plug.
Equipment
The delivery includes
the device with a water-cooled MIG 501W welding
torch with remote control 3 metres long and electrode and ground cables 3 metres long. Additionally, the set
includes a hose with
quick coupling.
