TECNOMIG 224 SYNERGIC LED 4x4 is an inverter synergic semi-automatic welder designed for arc welding using the MIG/MAG, TIG LIFT, MMA and FLUX methods. The device is designed for a wide range of applications: from maintenance work to car body repairs.
TECNOMIG 224 SYNERGIC LED 4x4 is used for brazing galvanised sheets, welding stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels, and aluminium. Welding is carried out in an inert, active or mixed gas shield, and with reverse polarity without gas.
By using a 4-roll feeder the device ensures stable wire feeding, which is crucial when welding aluminium and handles 5-metre welding torches very well.
With the MIG/MAG method, we have the option to select the button function on the torch between working in 2T mode (without button lock), 4T (button lock for long welds) or spot welding (SPOT)
The large and clear LED display allows you to continuously monitor and adjust the welding parameters MIG/MAG such as:
- Inductance
- Wire approach
- Wire burning
- Spot weld time (in SPOT mode)
The device also has MMA parameter adjustments MMA such as:
- ARC FORCE adjustment
- HOT START adjustment
- ANTISTICK function (ON/OFF)
- VRD function (voltage reduction device) reduces the open-circuit voltage on the electrode to a safe value; allows work in environments with increased humidity. (ON/OFF)
