EXPERT MIG 210 SYNERGIC Pro4 LCD is an inverter, synergic, and multifunctional welding source designed for arc welding using MIG/MAG, FLUX, TIG LIFT, and MMA (shielded electrode) methods. The device is designed for a wide range of applications: from maintenance work, through welding steel structures, to car body repairs.

EXPERT MIG 210 is used for brazing galvanized sheets, welding stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels, and aluminium. Welding is performed in an inert, active, or mixed gas shield, and with reverse polarity without gas.

Quick synergic adjustment of welding parameters via a 4-inch LCD display makes the device very easy to use. Simply set the thickness and type of material to be welded and start welding: the intelligent and automatic arc control system will select the best parameters for each welding position and material, step by step. The user can also manually set the arc length and adjust the appearance of the weld to their needs. In the MIG/MAG method, we have the option to choose the button mode on the handle, between SPOT (spot welding), 2-stroke (without lock), 4-stroke (button lock for long welds), S2-stroke, and S4-stroke.

The device has a manual mode (MIG MAN) and a synergic mode (MIG SYN) with adjustable settings:

• Wire approach
• Wire burn-back
• Voltage correction
• Spot welding time
• Inductance
• Current rise/fall

In the TIG LIFT welding method, you can set:

• Welding current
• Current fall time
• Final shielding gas flow
• Button mode: 2T or 4T
• Thickness of the welded material

Welding with the MMA (shielded electrode) method allows for additional functions:

• HOT START
• HOT START time
• ARC FORCE

The device has an advanced system for saving and reading welding parameters (JOB Function). This facilitates work on different materials without the need to reset the device for any changes (e.g., gas or wire).

Physical Parameters

The device has a fan cooling system which significantly increases its efficiency.

Fan cooling system - NORMAL or SMART mode (activated only when needed) - reduces internal contamination of the device.

The device is equipped with overload protection, over and under voltage protection, for use with a generator (+/- 15%) which increases its reliability.

Equipment

The delivery includes the device with a MIG 15 welding torch with a length of 3 meters and an electrode and ground cable of 3 meters. Additionally, the set includes a hose with a quick connector.
