TECNOMIG 337 PULSE SYNERGIC LCD is an inverter synergic semi-automatic welding machine designed for arc welding using MIG/MAG, FLUX, MMA and TIG LIFT methods. The device is designed for professional use.
The device features six synergic welding modes: MIG STEEL CO2 100%, MIG STEEL CO2 25%, MIG ALU ARGON 100%, MIG CUSI ARGON 100%, MIG STAINLESS STEEL ARGON 98% + CO2 2%, MIG SELF-SHIELDING.
TECNOMIG 337 PULSE SYNERGIC LCD is used for brazing galvanized sheets, welding stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels, and aluminium. Welding is performed in an inert, active, or mixed gas shield, and with reverse polarity without gas.
Thanks to the use of MIG pulsation , the amount of heat introduced into the welded element is increased. It is possible to achieve a better weld, regardless of the welding position, and reduce the amount of spatter.
Both in the MIG and MIG PULSE methods, we have the option to select the button function on the handle between working in 2-stroke and 4-stroke (button lock for long welds),
A clear and easy-to-use 7-inch LCD display allows precise adjustment of welding parameters such as:
- inductance adjustment
- welding voltage adjustment
- wire feed adjustment
- post-gas adjustment
- pulse width adjustment in double pulse
- pulse frequency adjustment in double pulse
HOT START: hot start adjustment (manual) - facilitates electrode ignition by providing a higher welding current at each arc strike.
ANTI STICK: anti-short circuit - automatically switches off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, making it easier to detach and preventing accidental arc formation.
VRD Function (Voltage Reduction Device) - reduces the idle state resting voltage on the electrode to a safe level. Provides anti-shock safety when working in humid environments.

The device is equipped with overload protection, which increases its reliability.
