TECNOMIG 365 PULSE SYNERGIC
It is an inverter synergic semi-automatic welding machine designed for arc welding using the MIG/MAG, MMA methods and brazing of galvanised sheets.
The device is designed for professional and industrial use.
The device has three MIG/MAG welding modes: MANUAL MIG, PULSE MIG, DOUBLE PULSE MIG.
TECNOMIG 365 PULSE SYNERGIC is used for welding aluminium and its alloys, stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels, and brazing of galvanised sheets. Welding is carried out in an inert, active gas shield or a mixture depending on the program selected on the control panel.
Thanks to the use of MIG pulsation, the amount of heat introduced into the welded element is increased. It is possible to achieve a better weld, regardless of the welding position, and reduce the amount of spatter.
Both with the MIG method and MIG PULSE, we have the option to select the button function on the handle between working in SPOT mode (spot welding), 2-stroke, S4-stroke (dedicated to aluminium welding), 4-stroke (button lock for long welds),
The function of saving welding parameters (10 slots) facilitates work on different materials without the need to reset the device when changing gas and wire.
A clear and easy-to-use digital control panel allows precise adjustment of welding parameters such as:
- adjustment of gas pre-flow time
- adjustment of welding current / base current in double pulse
- adjustment of inductance
- adjustment of initial current in S4-stroke
- adjustment of peak current in double pulse
- adjustment of balance in double pulse
- adjustment of pulsation frequency in double pulse
- adjustment of spot welding time
- adjustment of burn-back time and voltage after welding
- adjustment of gas post-flow time

The device is equipped with overload protection, which increases its reliability.
