TECNO MIG 505W PULSE SYNERGIC + feeder
TECNOMIG 505W PULSE SYNERGIC is an inverter synergic semi-automatic welding machine designed for arc welding using the MIG/MAG method.
The device has been designed for professional and industrial use.
CHARACTERISTICS:
- The device has four welding modes: MIG, MIG PULSE, MIG DOUBLE PULSE, MIG COOL PULSE
- TECNOMIG 505W is used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels, and aluminium.
- Welding is performed under a shield of inert, active, or mixed gas depending on the gas and wire selected on the control panel.
- The device is equipped with a work mode switch: SP - manual adjustment and SYN - synergic adjustment
- The use of MIG pulsation increases the amount of heat introduced into the welded element. It is possible to achieve a better weld, regardless of the welding position, and reduce the amount of spatter.
- The function of saving welding parameters facilitates work on different materials without the need to reset the device when changing gas and wire.
- Both in the MIG and MIG PULSE methods, we have the option to select the button function on the handle between working in SPOT mode (spot welding), 2-stroke, 2-stroke SLOW DOWN (without lock, with down current regulation), 4-stroke (button lock for long welds).
- A clear and easy-to-use digital control panel allows precise adjustment of welding parameters such as:
- inductance adjustment
- pulse frequency adjustment
- arc length adjustment in pulse
- welding voltage adjustment in pulse
- welding current adjustment in pulse
- spot welding time
- The device has a cooler which significantly increases its efficiency and protects the handle from overheating.
- The device is equipped with overload protection, which increases its reliability.
- Three-phase power supply 3x400V
- The device is not equipped with a power plug.
The delivery includes the device with an external 4-roller wire feeder, a 2.5m connection cable source feeder, a professional liquid-cooled MIG 500 welding torch 3 meters long equipped for aluminium, a 3-meter long ground cable, and rollers for the feeder 1.0-1.2 for steel and 1.0-1.2 for aluminium.

TECNOMIG 505W PULSE SYNERGIC is an inverter synergic semi-automatic welding machine designed for arc welding using the MIG/MAG method.
