Gas heater heating power 53 kW ignition electronic
Index: BLP53ET
Gas heater, pressure: 0,75-1,5bar, fuel consumption per hour: 3,78kg, power supply: 230V
Gas Heater MASTER BLP 53 ET
Gas heaters powered by propane-butane with capacities ranging from 15kW (model BLP 15M) to 100kW (model BLP 100E). Mainly used in well-ventilated spaces, they perform excellently in many places, such as livestock buildings, greenhouses, etc. A key advantage is 100% efficiency. Used in both small rooms and warehouses - anywhere there is a need for quick and economical air heating. Portable, professional heaters - comfort heating for a small price. The standard equipment with the heater includes an LPG pressure reducer with a safety valve and a 1.5-meter gas hose ready for connection.
Advantages of the MASTER BLP 53 ET heater:
- almost 100% efficiency
- immediate operational readiness
- portable device
- clean combustion
- insulating thermal cover
- strong and durable construction
- easy to operate and maintain housing covered with durable paint
- motor with thermal switch
- overheat thermostat
- non-heating housing
- adjustable heating power
- NEW VERSION: styrofoam inserts to protect against transport damage
- NEW VERSION: optimised position of the overheat thermostat (interrupting thermocouple)
- NEW VERSION: new housing - better access to the gas path and electrical system
- NEW VERSION: higher IP protection level
- NEW VERSION: isolation of electrical wires from the hot burner and fan
- NEW VERSION: new safety thermostat shortens shutdown time in case of overheating
- NEW VERSION: new burner has additional supports to prevent damage
- NEW VERSION: profiled, comfortable handle
- NEW VERSION: new, durable grill
Gas selection for the MASTER BLP 53 ET gas heater: Heaters can be powered by propane or propane-butane, with the use of propane alone being recommended. The difference between these gases is the price and calorific value of both gases - on propane, the heater is more efficient, meaning that the burned gas provides more thermal energy per unit of time. To avoid the effect of frosting the gas cylinder, a sufficiently large cylinder should be used in relation to the heater's power. (Frosting occurs when using a cylinder that is too small due to the nature of the thermodynamic transformation occurring during gas expansion.) It is recommended to match the cylinder to the heater's power in the ratio: 1 kg of gas / 1 kW of heating power. The BLP53E heater (53kW) should be connected to a 53kg cylinder (such cylinders do not exist, so two 30kg cylinders are needed) to prevent the effect of cylinder frosting or regulator freezing.
