MASTER BV 500 is an innovative portable heater with flue gas exhaust, designed for heating large spaces.

 

The heater has a heating power of 135kW or 150kW (depending on the nozzle used).

The chassis is designed to facilitate manoeuvring the device by one person.

Characteristics:

 

• 150-litre fuel tank, 5,000 m³/h air flow
• operating range from -40°C to +40°C and the ability to transport warm air over a distance of up to 100 m
• radial fan which achieves a pressure of 770 Pa and an air flow of 5000 m3/h (allowing warm air to be transported through ducts over a distance of 50 m)
• the standard efficiency of the device is 117 kW, but it can be increased to 150 kW (after replacing the nozzle).

 

The replacement of the fuel nozzle is facilitated by a simple to dismantle separate Riello burner. The device is equipped with a large 150-litre fuel tank, which is sufficient for approximately 11 hours of operation at maximum power.

The compact housing, practical rubber, inflatable wheels and ergonomic handles make the heater fully mobile and easy to transport even on uneven surfaces.

Additionally, the BV 500 features quick electrical connectors, an external tank vent - Snorkel, and inspection doors for the combustion chamber to facilitate maintenance.

The heater is standardly equipped with a 2-way outlet, which can be replaced with a 1-way outlet if necessary.

Accessories available for the device include flexible air distribution hoses, an electronic room thermostat THD or mechanical TH-5, and an additional fuel heater.

 

MASTER BV 500 CR is available in three versions:

 

• heater with a mobile chassis and built-in fuel tank designed for autonomous operation - standard
• heater with a mobile chassis for easy transportation, dedicated for connection to a large external fuel tank - on order
• heater on a mounting frame designed for stationary applications - on order
