The electric crimper is equipped with modern digital control (instead of a traditional micrometer). The P32D crimper is the largest crimper in its class, capable of crimping hydraulic hoses up to DN50 diameter (internal hose diameter) with four steel braids (4SP). The set includes: crimper, jaw base, 13 sets of crimping jaws, quick jaw change holder, foot pedal, and a key for single jaw replacement.

Crimping modes
The digital model is equipped with several crimping modes. The normal mode allows crimping with regular buttons, the semi-automatic mode allows crimping with buttons and a foot pedal. The automatic mode allows hose crimping and automatic head opening. We can switch modes depending on the type of work, e.g., mass production of hoses.
Crimp counter
A very nice feature is the crimp counter. The counter counts how many crimps we have made at a given moment since startup. When switched, the counter shows how many crimps we have made from the beginning (from new). The computer counts the number of foot pedal crimps (after pressing the pedal).
Crimper equipment
The press includes a jaw base, jaws, and a magnetic jaw holder. The crimper has a so-called quick jaw change system - the system allows us not to change jaws individually but to change the entire set of 8 crimping stones using the magnetic holder. The set, along with the base (jaw shelf), includes 13 sets of crimping jaws! This is the largest number of jaws available on the market! Equipment for those demanding the highest quality and reliability. The press is built with the best global components:
