Suspension play detectror device
The patented mobile suspension tester from febi is ideal for quickly and simply diagnosing steering system components on the front and rear axles of a car. It allows us to detect even the initial stages of joint wear. The device can be used anywhere where a hydraulic lift is not required.
With this tool, workshop staff can clearly and accessibly explain to the customer the necessity of repairs, thereby utilizing the potential to increase turnover.
Advantages of the device:
- Exceptionally mobile, independent of power supply, as it does not require electricity or compressed air.
- The chassis (front and rear axle) is inspected while the suspension is under load without additional noise.
- All driving situations (acceleration, braking, turning) are simulated on the front and rear axles using this device.
- The connected elements of the testing device allow for reliable checking of all chassis components (ball joints, hydraulic bushings of stabilizer links).
- Can be used for all vehicles with a mass not exceeding 3.5t.
- Manufactured based on practical experience, for experienced practitioners. The mobile suspension tester was created by a car expert and is constantly being improved.
Components of the mobile suspension tester for cars:
- on the left: front axle tester
- on the right: rear axle tester
- brake lock
