The PS480 model is Viper's first manual push sweeper. Easy to operate and available at a reasonable price, the device provides very precise and highly efficient cleaning.
The compact design of the Viper sweeper, widely known for its high quality, is based on a durable non-corrosive frame, in which the brushes are mounted and driven by a belt drive or a simple two-speed gearbox. The sweeper operates without an engine, battery, and power cable, making it virtually maintenance-free.
This allows the user's full attention to be devoted to the task at hand. The sweeper is equipped with a large 38-litre waste container. It is suitable for sweeping paper scraps, leaves, bottle caps, corks, cigarette butts, as well as small screws and nails, both indoors and outdoors.
The ease of operation of the PS480 manual sweeper guarantees its high reliability. Lightweight and manoeuvrable, with a working width of 72 cm, it provides fast and efficient cleaning of surfaces in commercial facilities, petrol stations, car parks, schools, offices, small production plants, warehouses, public transport points, as well as roads and squares.
- Thanks to its compact design, the Viper PS480 sweeper is perfect for confined spaces and high-traffic areas.
- The sweeper is virtually maintenance-free as it operates purely mechanically, without an engine, battery, and power cable.
- The main brush is driven by a two-speed gearbox, and the brush pressure is adjustable with a knob. To stop the brush, pull the sweeper backwards.
- To replace the main brush, simply unscrew three screws located on both sides of it.
- The side brush is driven by a belt drive. To increase the belt tension, unscrew the two mounting screws on the cover and adjust the belt.
- To replace the side brush, simply unscrew three screws. The 38-litre waste container is very lightweight, and the sturdy handle makes emptying easy.
