DCI 700
test bench for testing Common Rail injectors

The Bosch DCI 700 test bench meets future requirements with a new measurement system for testing all injection systems with the latest injectors for passenger cars and trucks, including needle closing control (NCC) and valve closing control (VCC) measurement.
DCI 700 offers the workshop highly efficient tests with short assembly and testing times, allowing four injectors to be checked in less than 15 minutes.
Designed so that the operator can stand at the bench without having to bend down to connect the injectors, which is one of the many ergonomic features that make the DCI 700 so easy to use.
Features and Benefits
- Ergonomic and intuitive design: facilitates operation
- Short assembly and testing time: for maximum efficiency
- Check all passenger cars and trucks: for versatility
- New technology: to meet future equipment and workshop requirements
- Adjustable anti-reflective screen: each operator can set a comfortable position to closely observe test procedures
- Faster, more accurate measurement: more precise results in injector adjustment
- Online updates: keep current with applicable regulations and vehicle information
- Bright, non-dazzling workstation lighting: provides excellent visibility while being easy on the operator's eyes
- No need for high-pressure hoses: reduces maintenance costs
