V-TIG 225 PRO + TIG set is a portable power source, made in MOSFET technology, intended for TIG and MMA welding with a coated electrode with direct current (DC). The device is perfect for workshop work 

The device has two welding modes: TIG DC and MMA.

The TIG DC function is used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels, copper, and titanium. Welding is carried out in an inert gas shield.

Arc ignition occurs in non-contact (HF) or contact (LIFT) mode. The LIFT function is used when welding in an environment with a high risk of electromagnetic interference affecting the surroundings.

The welder also has functions that facilitate the welding process using the MMA method with a coated electrode:

ARC FORCE: short-circuit current adjustment - facilitates the transfer of the molten electrode drop to the welded material, preventing the arc from extinguishing when the electrode drop contacts the weld pool

HOT START: hot start adjustment - facilitates electrode ignition by providing a higher welding current at each arc ignition.

ANTI STICK: anti-short-circuit - automatically switches off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, making it easier to detach and preventing accidental arc formation

The device has a fan cooling system which significantly increases its efficiency.

Quick gas connection to the welding torch allows immediate connection and disconnection of the welding torch without tools.

The device is equipped with overload protection, which increases its reliability.
